STAFF TRAINING in Cordoba, Spain
In March 2023, Indepcie hosted in Cordoba the staff training for Creatours training system. This training focused on the testing and practical use of the core content of the three project outcomes through a theoretical part and practical workshops.
During the training, project partners learned how to implement in practice the knowledge from the resources developed for further implementing the activities with entrepreneurs, managers and employees in agritourism companies
Piloting of CREATOURS Game
✅ A piloting of the game was organized in each partner country. During these events, we made a demonstration of the game, brainstormed on new business ideas in agritourism and discussed with representatives of the target group of the project (agritourism entrepreneurs, farmers, creativity experts).
IO3 “GETTING IDEAS”
🎯 We have worked closely with managers, entrepreneurs and workers in the agritourism sector to produce audio-visual interviews🎬 The materials reflect examples of business strategies in applying different types of creativity to solve a problem, improve the agritourism business and to face challenges of COVID-19. ✅ All videos are available on our Youtube channel.
FUTURE ACTIVITIES
In May 2023, the partnership will meet for the last transnational project meeting in Timisoara, Romania!
